Description

MT12815CA is a very high speed, low power, low-noise and high resolution CTIA ROIC having format of 1280 x 1024 pixels and pixel pitch of 15 µm. The ROIC is suitable for Si, InGaAs, InSb, and MCT arrays. MT12815CA performs snapshot operation both using Integrate-Then-Read (ITR) and Integrate-While-Read (IWR) modes. The CTIA type pixel input circuitry offers three gain modes of very high gain (VHG), high-gain (HG), and low-gain (LG). MT12815CA offers an unsurpassed noise level performance with a noise level of less than 5 e- rms in the very high gain (VHG) mode, suitable for very low-noise SWIR imaging applications. MT12815CA design enables a very low power consumption, and operability at both room and cryogenic temperatures.
